Family Friendly - Kid's Club available for ages 6 months to 10 years. (can be added to your monthly rate for unlimited use or you may pay a drop in fee) Children 13 years and up may be on workout floor and take group fitness classes.

Massage Therapy - Massage therapist on staff at both locations.
We offer the best group exercise classes in the area. With your membership, you’ll have access to free classes all week long! We run almost 40 classes per week that are included in your membership, plus specialty programs like Yoga, GRIT, and POUND. Next Level Fitness instructors are certified professionals who take continuing credits in health and fitness and are committed to our members’ success.
WESTERVILLE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
The class descriptions enable participants to get a good idea of the kind of workout they can expect in a class. All of the instructors would be glad to assist participants with questions they might have either before or after their classes. Being on time to classes is appreciated as most instructors tend to go over safety cues and explain complicated moves at the beginning of each session. Instructors teach to all levels in each class unless otherwise noted in the description. Don't forget your towel and water!!

In our 8,000 square feet cardio space, we have cardio equipment to fit everyone's needs! We offer group cycling, yoga, zumba, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, stair climbers and much more!
In our 12,000 square feet weight space, we have Boxing TRX, Cross Training, Free weights, dumbbells, strength equipment, selectorized equipment, and much more!
Either Next Level Fitness and Training Gym location has a trainer to fit your training style! Do you need someone to push your hard during your workout? We have a trainer for you! Do you want guidance but prefer to not have someone stand over you? We have a trainer for you!
Youth Training Programs should be designed to improve the physical development for youth at all athletic levels. Ranging from the beginner athlete to the elite athletes, we train youth as young as 8 years old. Children not only want to be active, they also need to be taught how to be active! Children who are physically active have fewer health problems.
It is important to encourage some form of physical activity when your children are young as child obesity is a growing epidemic and by the time they reach high school we find that approximately 60% of children are no longer physically active. More importantly, training young athletes has to be balanced to align with their growth. Speed, Strength and Agility is a developed skill.
